FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - UTILITY
Provides financial assistance to restore utility service or avert utility disconnection. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If LCAC is unable to cover entire bill, they will match funds from other community resources and agencies in order cover one-time financial crises.
